Privacy policy
Version of 14 July 2026
Who processes your data?
The invitation cards are published by Janoubi — Creative Technology Studio (Libreville, Gabon) on behalf of the organisers of each event(our clients). The organisers choose how they receive their guests' confirmations; Janoubi hosts and operates the service for them.
Which data, depending on the confirmation mode?
Each card uses one of the following two modes:
- Online reply— no guest is registered in advance: to confirm their attendance, the guest enters a name, a number of people and an optional message themselves. These replies are accessible from the organiser's private dashboard. Janoubi never uses them for commercial purposes; any exceptional technical access is strictly limited to support or security needs of the service.
- Direct confirmation — no guest reply is stored by Janoubi: the card invites guests to confirm by call or WhatsApp, directly with the organisers.
In both modes, no guest phone number is required. This policy will be updated before any change to the confirmation modes offered.
For which purposes?
Solely the creation and publication of the invitation, and the transmission of the replies to the organiser. The data is neither sold nor used for prospecting.
For how long?
Guests' replies are deleted no later than 60 days after the event — or immediately if the card is deleted (deleting a card erases, in cascade, all the replies associated with it).
Where is the data hosted?
Application: Vercel (Frankfurt region, European Union). Database: Supabase (Frankfurt region, European Union). Public access locked down; private areas protected by unguessable links; cryptographic fingerprints of access tokens.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and any audience measurement is carried out without cookies. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work may be set:
- Access to protected cards — when a card is protected by a password, a cookie is stored on your device, after the correct password has been entered, to remember that the card has been unlocked (you do not have to re-enter the password every time you open it). It contains no personal data and is used neither for tracking nor for advertising; it remains limited to the device used.
- Organiser's private dashboard — a secure session cookie allows the organiser (and Janoubi) to access the private management area.
As these cookies are strictly necessary for the requested service, they do not require prior consent; they are kept for as long as their function requires. No non-essential tracker will be added without informing you and, where the law requires it, without your consent.
