The application is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States). The service's data is hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt region, Germany).

Intellectual property

The entire site — invitation engine, designs, templates, texts, graphic elements and interfaces — is the exclusive property of Janoubi. Any reproduction, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The invitation cards are provided as a hosted service: the client benefits from a licence of use limited to their event, with no transfer of the code or the designs.

Client content

The photos, texts and music included in the cards are provided by the clients, who warrant that they hold the rights to them. They remain their property.
